　　(1) Before application, check the controllability of the rotation of the air motor, eliminate obstacles to the scope of the DTH hammer operation and walking on the ground, and check the ability of the ground to work.

　　(2) Before the operation, check DTH hammer's drilling equipment, driving organization, circuit system, gas roof system software, ventilation ducts, and anti-fouling equipment, etc., and confirm that they are intact before application.

　　(3) When working, first start the vacuum cleaner, and observe the sound of the impactor and the operation status of the equipment anytime and anywhere. If there is an abnormality, it should be shut down for inspection and fault detection.

　　(4) When drilling, adequate water flow should be provided to reduce smoke and dust. During the operation, the powder discharge status should be observed anytime and anywhere, especially when drilling down, the blowing should be increased, and the drilling and blowing should be increased when necessary.

　　(5) During drilling, do not turn the DTH hammer motor or rotating reducer, and prevent the drill rod from falling off.

　　(6) Before adding the drill pipe, the drill pipe management center hole should be blown clean to prevent waste from entering the impactor. Do not apply to drill pipes that do not conform to specifications or models or that are seriously damaged. Drill pipes that have been broken in the hole should be removed with common tools.

　　(7) When the DTH hammer drilling rig stops working in a short time, a small amount of air compression should be supplied to prevent rock dust from invading the impactor; if the drilling is stopped for a long time, the impactor should be lifted 1-1m from the bottom of the hole and fixed in various ways Do not move.

　　(8) In all normal operations, when the standard air pressure of the air path is less than 0.35MPa, it should be shut down for inspection.

　　(9) The tightness and looseness of the galvanized steel wire rope of the pushing organization should be regularly adjusted, and the reliability of the upper and lower limit switches of the pulley block should be improved; if the proper posture is not possible, it should be repaired immediately.

　　(10) During operation, check the lubrication status of DTH hammer parts at any time and place, and no oil is low.

　　(11) When the DTH hammer drill is moving, the carriage and drill arm should be adjusted to maintain the balance of the human body.

　　(12) After the completion of the DTH hammer operation, the drilling rig should be stopped to a safe area to clean up and lubricate.
