As the exploration and exploitation of oil and natural gas are becoming more and more difficult, the performance requirements for drill pipes are also getting higher and higher. What aspects should be paid attention to when cleaning the rotary drill pipe? KAIQIU Drilling Tools Manufacturer has the following sharing.
1. The disassembly and cleaning of hydraulic parts should be carried out in a clean room that conforms to national standards. If there are conditions, it is recommended that the operating room can be pressurized, so that the indoor pressure is higher than that of the outdoor, to prevent atmospheric dust pollution. If limited by conditions, the operation room should also be isolated separately. Generally, the hydraulic parts assembly room and the machining room or fitter room are not allowed to be in the same room, and it is forbidden to disassemble and assemble hydraulic parts in the open air, shed, utility room, or warehouse. When disassembling and assembling hydraulic parts, operators should wear work clothes and work caps with fibers that are not easy to fall off to prevent fibers, dust, hair, dander, etc. from falling into the hydraulic system and causing man-made pollution. Smoking and eating in the operating room are strictly prohibited.
2. The cleaning of hydraulic parts should be carried out on the cleaning table. If limited by conditions, the cleanliness of the temporary table should also be ensured.
3. Kerosene, gasoline, and hydraulic oil of the same grade as the working oil of the hydraulic system is allowed to be used for the cleaning fluid of the rotary drill pipe.
4. The cleaned parts are not allowed to be wiped with cotton, linen, silk, and chemical fiber fabrics to prevent the falling fibers from contaminating the system. Clean and dry compressed air can be used to dry the components.
5. The cleaned components of the rotary drill pipe are not allowed to be placed directly on the ground, cement floor, floor, fitter table, and assembly workbench. They should be placed in a container with a lid and injected with clean hydraulic oil.
6. Components that have been cleaned but not assembled for the time being should be stored in anti-rust oil, and special attention should be paid to anti-rust in humid areas and seasons.
