Preparation before operation of water well drilling tools:

　　1. Understand the technical construction materials. Geological and water level conditions, select the appropriate drilling tool and construction method.

　　2. The foundation of the drilling rig is solid and level. The base of the drilling rig must be padded with square beams, and it cannot be placed on unsolid fill to avoid uneven settlement.

　　3. Check the condition of the auxiliary equipment such as drill stand, drill disc, hoist, mud pump, faucet, etc., and check whether the protective devices are complete.

　　4. Check the electrical equipment in good condition and have a good grounding capacity.

　　5. Check the amount of lubricating oil in each lubricating part. If it is insufficient, add enough oil.

　　6. Check the center and level of the drilling rig. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be adjusted.

　　7. Check whether the parallel port protector and its embedding meet the requirements, and check whether the pollution prevention and anti-pollution measures are perfect.

　　Second, the requirements in the operation

　　1. When drilling, there should be a unified commander, and multiple commanders are not allowed.

　　2. When drilling, first send mud into the hole. After the mudflows out of the hole, start the drilled disc. During the initial drilling, it should be drilled at a low speed and gradually increased.

　　3. In the case of different soils, appropriate drilling tools and operating methods should be selected according to different requirements.

　　4. Pay attention to the water level at all times, maintain the specified water pressure, often measure the specific gravity of the mud, and maintain a stable flow rate. Negative pressure is strictly prohibited.

　　5. According to different soil layers, master the tightness of the steel wire rope of the hoist, so that the drill bit maintains a suitable speed and drills evenly.

　　6. The landing bit should be stable to avoid attacking the hole wall.

　　7. When the drill bit is worn and replaced with a new one, the bottom of the hole should be trimmed. When dressing, the drill should start slightly above the hole bottom.

　　8. When disassembling the drill rod, the drill bit should be strictly prevented from falling off, and the joint of the drill rod should be tightened to prevent tripping.

　　9. Check the intact condition of the steel rope at any time. When the broken wire exceeds the regulations, it is forbidden to use and must be replaced with a new one.

　　10. It is forbidden to perform tragic and lubrication during the operation of the drilling rig.

　　11. When the lifting capacity reaches the maximum load of the drill frame and tool roll, the condition of the drill frame and the braking of the tool drum should be checked. All personnel should leave the bottom of the drill stand during the inspection.

　　12. It is strictly forbidden to put a large number of items on the drilled disc to prevent the items from throwing and hurting people when rotating.

　　13. When stopping drilling, the drill bit must be lifted, but the mud cannot be interrupted to prevent buried drilling and hole collapse.
